RQM 2.0: Subject searches do not work as expected

Versions affected: 2.0.0-2.0.8

Symptoms:
From the Main Menu, choose Resources, then enter a subject to search for.  First search works as expected.

Click Change Search, then click Clear Search and enter a new subject to search for.  The search results will be the same as the previous search.

Workaround:
Avoid the use of the Clear Search button in affected versions or download the fix below.

Resolution:
This issue was fixed in version 2.0.9.
