WebASP Publish Website: "Unable to locate file specified in filelist.txt"

Symptoms:
When you are publishing your WebASP website, you may encounter an error message: "Unable to locate file specified in filelist.txt".  This is due to a file, header.asp, that was missing from the RQM 2.0.1 CDs.

Workaround:
The file header.asp is 0 bytes long (empty text file).  You can create a new text file in your WebASP folder and name it header.asp and RQM should be able to publish the website successfully.

You can also download the updated ASP files and unzip into your WebASP folder.  This will create the file header.asp as well as fix an issue mentioned in KB1008.
