RQM 2.0: Unable to leave Limited Access Mode

Versions affected: all 2.x

Symptoms:
If the main menu of RQM shows "Limited Access Mode", this means you are in kiosk mode.  Click on Full Access and enter the password you used when entering limited access mode.

Workaround:
If you are unable to remember the password, download the file clearkiosk.zip, unzip, and double-click on clearkiosk.reg.  This should reset your computer to full access mode.
