RQM 2.0.1 setup on Windows 98 or ME fails (Path/File access error #75)
Versions affected: 2.0.1 CDs
Symptoms:
When installing RQM 2.0.1 on Windows 98 or Windows ME
machines, setup will proceed to copy files and then fail with a
Path/file access error #75.
Workaround:
Following these steps will allow you to install RQM
successfully:

Create a new folder on the hard disk of the target computer.

Copy all the files from the RQM CD to the new folder.

In Windows Explorer, go to the new folder. Right-click the ReQuest Manager 2.cab file, click Properties on the shortcut menu, and then click to clear the Read-only check box.

Run Setup.exe from the folder that you created in step 1.
Additional Information:
This issue has been resolved for all RQM CDs 2.0.4 and higher.
